1. Who we are

The Prostor car center (“we”) owns prostor.dn.ua and controls the personal data collected here. Our contacts and details are on the Contacts page.

2. What data we collect

On sign-up: full name, phone number, password (stored only as an irreversible hash) and optionally Telegram, date of birth and car details (name, year, VIN). For orders and bookings: contacts, order contents, delivery and payment method, Nova Poshta delivery details, comments. When you post a listing: the car's specs and photos, city and the seller contact.

3. Why we use it

To process and fulfil orders and bookings, keep your personal card and service history, contact you, match parts and oils by VIN, publish your listings after review and, with your consent, send birthday greetings and personal offers.

4. Legal basis

Your consent given at sign-up, and the need to fulfil the order or booking you request.

5. Who receives the data

Our staff can see the data. For online payments, card details are entered with the LiqPay payment service and never reach us. For delivery, the recipient's details go to Nova Poshta. Internal order notifications reach us in Telegram. We do not sell data or pass it to ad networks. The phone number in a published listing is shown to a visitor after a button click.

6. How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. You can delete it in your account at any time — the profile, cars and listings are erased. Order records are kept without a link to you for as long as accounting and the law require.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold, correct it in your account, delete the account, withdraw consent and complain about processing. Call us or write to info@prostor.dn.ua.

8. Security and cookies

The site uses HTTPS, passwords are stored only as hashes and staff access is password-protected. We use only technical cookies (account login) and browser storage for the cart. There are no advertising cookies or trackers. Fonts, brand icons and the map load from third parties (Google Fonts, jsDelivr, Google Maps), which can see your IP address.
